User Flows & Process
Following a process is key to building a good UX. For me, this begins with a user goal or story. Once the goal has been defined, a task flow is created to outline the steps a user must take to fulfill the goal. After the tasks are defined, user flow and interactions are mapped out using lo-fi wireframes.
In the user flow, a user at a Little Free Library with IoT enhancements is able to log in and check out a book, much like one could do at a real library
